I’m Jani Bryson, a licensed real estate agent with Platinum Realty, serving Kansas and Missouri. My clients call me The Missouri Lake Specialist, and many of them call me family. That’s because I give honest advice, even when it means telling you to walk away from a home that isn’t right for you. The right home never comes from pressure. It comes from understanding what you truly value.

  • Missouri lake homes. Second homes and full-time lake living at Table Rock Lake, Lake of the Ozarks, Truman Lake, Stockton Lake and the private lake communities around Kansas City. At the lake, I help you hold firm on year-round water views, easy water access and a rare, transferable boat slip.
  • Kansas City luxury homes. Especially the upscale neighborhoods of southern Johnson County, Kansas, where I’ve lived my whole life.
  • First-time home buyers. I walk you through every step, and by the time we’re done, you’ll understand the process like an expert.
  • Relocating and second-home buyers. Live video tours let you narrow your list before you travel, often the same day a home hits the market.
